Shipping

Our posting/working days are Monday - Friday. We do not dispatch orders during weekends or on bank holidays. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment. The majority of orders are dispatched same/next day but this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that during Sale periods, orders may take longer to dispatch due to the high volume that we receive at these times.

We have tried to keep our shipping and handling rates as fair as possible. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. For particularly heavy or high value items, we may choose to use a courier at our discretion.

Free Shipping will be sent 2nd class or via a courier at our discretion.

At the moment we do only ship to the UK.

Please note that shipping rates are calculated on the pre-discount value of your shopping cart.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please enter these into the comments box at checkout.

Please note that we will not accept instructions to leave parcels in bins of any kind. Requests for parcels to be left outdoors or in unsecure locations are entirely at the the customer's risk, your written request on your order will be proof of this. No claim for damage due to loss, theft or poor weather conditions will be accepted in these cases. By requesting that parcels be left in outdoor or unsecure locations, the customer is accepting these terms and waiving their right to claim for lost or damaged parcels.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is provided in full. We cannot accept claims for missing parcels where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided.

When requested, orders will be combined only at our discretion. Any postage to be refunded will be applied as a reward points credit to the customers account - no cash refunds will be given for combined posting of orders. We may not be able to accept requests to combine orders during busy promotional offer periods.

Packages not received
Certificates of posting are received for all shipments and will be provided on request. We adhere to Royal Mail's lost parcel guidelines. Lost parcels will not be resent or refunded until 15 working days have lapsed since the parcel was sent. Where possible, tracking numbers are received from Royal Mail or courier. These may show complete tracking, or only attempted/successful delivery. If the tracking shows that delivery has been made, any claims for parcels not received must be made via the shipper. We will assist in any way possible but will be limited to the shippers procedures. We will raise claims with Royal Mail, however if the tracking shows it has been delivered any refund will be limited to the refund from Royal Mail.
